Zumba is the latest dance craze and is a Latin dance fitness class. It is easy, effective and great fun - what more do you need!

Pilates is a mat based class that focuses on centering, balance, coordination and breathing. The movements are small and fluid and emphasis is placed on getting the technique right. It is excellent for core and back strengthening and for correcting postural imbalances.

Power Hour is a full on interval training class and not for the faint hearted. This works you to your absolute max - brilliant!

Step 'n' Sculpt is a step aerobics class that is suitable for all abilities. You choose the height of the step to suit you. The routines are easy to follow with all sorts of variations and choices so you select what you are most comfortable with!
